hey overhead bro, I am having the same problem with sumo as I do with conventional. That is I dont squat the weight up, but instead straighten my legs out, and then pull. WIth sumo I cannot generate the same power as with conventional, because it feels weird to squat up in a stance that is so wide. I would show you guys the video, but it was too embarassing even with 315. Then I tried some very narrow conventional speed deads, and it felt great.. when Ill go heavy next week, will see what happens
