WOW.....dude i'd count it....lol......course i am fat and I feel like if i make the effort to get my lard ass anywhere near the chinup bar it is a rep....lol
seriously though I used to do a lot of pullups and there are a couple small tricks, first make sure you squeeze the bar as tight as you possibly can....that should give you the extra juice to get over the bar. Also kind of what zander suggested, arch your lower back, flex the abs, and pull with your lats....you should be doing + bodyweight pullups in a couple years....that would be freaky
