Mike, zerchers feel much more better than deadlifts. The first time I did them was without any protection, and had blue/black bruises on my arms.. which was pretty cool. You can wrap the bar in a tower, or a tshirt, and you wont even feel any pressure. Very cool to stand erect with 300+ lbs in your arms. Try it!
 
Zerchers are evil. Only ever done them once, but I had the same thing happen with my arms :D

Form comes first... Pull back on the rows and punch out quality reps.

Those chins and rack deads are getting really impressive. All of your pulls are excellent, in fact.

I finally worked out what the "(+2 reps)" stands for ;) Stupid me.

You were nice and stubborn on the lockouts. Absolutely loving that. 285 is yours next time.

485 x 1 ----- agh!, I put 485 instead of 475 and barely got 1 rep. I am overtrained in this lift and will change it. 3 weeks of rack deadlifts exhausted me.

+70 x 1!!! - had atleast 10 more lbs in me
