My Sat and Sun workouts have been REALLY good the last couple of weeks.

Seated DB bi curl:
20x15
20x12

Standing hammer crl:
15x15
15x12x3

Forearm BB curl:
40x25x4

DB 1-arm tri ext:
15x12
15x12
15x12
15x8

DB 2-arm OH tri ext:
25x15x4

25 mins treadmill - L3.7. Did 5 1 minute intervals of L5.2 running.

I feel fucking great. The last few weeks have been great - really clean diet, getting my workouts in. Right now I am in the zone and it's perfect. Of course, now I have to travel for 2 weeks straight starting Wed. Need to REALLY stay the course, especially with the diet. I will be at two golf tournaments, which basically involves me standing around in a suite all day surrounded by fatty foods and drinks. Need to stay strong, nugga!

Mon, 1/29:

Worked out in a shitty Courtyard Marriott in Arizona. Did chest (DB bench, DB bench flyes, incline DB bench) and ended with the stair machine. First time I have done that since the surgery. Think I will add the stair machine into training days and the treadmill into non-training days
