Note: I want to develop a new routine aimed at incorporating more free weights (bench, shldr press, etc), but will have to wait a few weeks. I am traveling Jan 24 - Feb 5 and will have little oppty to train. When I do have the oppty it wil lbe in a hotel gym. Will start the new routine when I return and use the current one for the time being

if you don't mind me asking, KB - what exactly do you do for a living? I catch little blurbs here and there about what you're up to, and it sounds like your eally enjoy your job.

I do enjoy it :) I work for a sports & entertainment sponsorship consulting agency. Part of my job is sponsorship consulting (contract negotiation, brainstorming, activation & leveraging concepting and execution) and the other half is event planning & management (planning events based around these sponsorships and going on-site and hosting guests). The events I mentioned are PGA TOUR tournaments. FedEx is a client of mine, so manage the TOUR account for them. I'll be at the Buick Invitational in San Diego then straight to the FBR Open in Arizona.

Make sense? It's hard to explain

very nice, KB. you have a job that many people would kill to have. :) I remember you mentioning something about Tiger Woods last year, so now it makes sense.

Phoenix Open - TCP Scottsdale is abeautiful golf course. I used to live in that area.

Some stretches

Feel GREAT today. This week's split was really good. Those that have had major injuries will understand this - sometimes the toughest part of the climb back to full health is taking that leap in your approach to training from careful baby steps to throwing in some real plates. I took that leap this week and I feel really good with it. We'll see how I feel tomorrow with the last few days.

Maybe my muscles will come back in the next couple months!! lol

Feel a bit tight today, nothing outta control though. Taking the day from activity. Did the heating pad and took a hot shower, which helps. Back to training tomorrow.
