bring the weight from the floor [next to the head one on each shoulder] keeping the elbows pointing to the ceiling and still ,extend the weight to lockout , this is a westside barbell movement promoted by louie simmons, good shit lol

I don't have access to a car nor is there such a gym round here, but believe me I would if I could. Hammer strength blows as well. And my elbows are plenty strong...they're just a little tender at the moment thank you ver much.
i can't work out with my dick hanging out...there's a lot of hot chics at my gym...i'd be doing my workout with a big ole boner....then i couldn't get a tricep pump because it would suckk all the blood away from the rest of my body....but the reverse-grips on the smith work great for me.....i go up to 495 for 4.....it's a great feeling
