Question for those with herniated lumbar discs

yes, I've pulled 655 beltless with a blown out disc and done 9 plates/side in the rack. Squatted 545 and done half squats with enough weight to bend the bar.

Of course you need to pay attention to your body, but to say it can't be done or that you need to train like a pussy for the rest of your life is seriously misleading you.

Ya already know my back situation InTraining and Doc told me to stay away from Deads and Squats...Did em' anyways once I got my core into shape and now he says to just keep doing whatever it is I'm doing cause its working...and he knows Im doing heavy Deads and Squats again.
Form is everything!!

Dunno if ya saw one of earlier posts but did set a new Dead PR for myself at 500 a few weeks back ;)

Now on the Core Performance Program and am seeing all sorts of new stuff especially with flexibility issues.
