i started bjj classes a couple of weeks ago. and have been sweating like a pig during class. ive also started to eat very clean and can already see some weight dropping off. im gonna guess that im over 20% bf... should i even bother with yes now, since im still not at a low bf? or should i train for a fw months and use yes when im at a low bf?
quetion is, even though im over 20% now, would yes still help loose the love handles even quicker? or save my money until im way lower. thanx guys!
