prtein for the holiday season

I was board the other night and figured out this recipie for a protein drink.

1 large mug
1/4 cup milk
2 scoops protein (chocolate)

mix protein and milk in mug till iT forms a liquid paste add hot water and you have hot chocolate. And it actually tastes pretty damn good.
