Can anyone direct me to a web site that deals with the proper posture when lifting with free weights and different types of exercises to do with free weights...that is all i have access to at home and i have been lifting for a few months, but always seem to get weird aches and pains in different spots and it is probably b/c of the way i do things. Plus i need more ideas of what i can do with free weights. Thanks in advance.
