Pre-workout D-Bol as an intensity boost. Does this actually work?

I'm a sprinter and am curious to use it just on leg training/squats/deads days, e.g. once per week. If so what would be a good dose, 10-15mg? and could I still get any sides from it u think like tits or hair thinning if I were to use it over 2-3 months, once per week?

10-15 mgs once a week won't do anything for you, it's a waste and shouldn't be taken simply for motivation... try some ephedrine. That should do the trick.

Wrong drug for a sprinter IMHO. And as others have said, no it won't do much of anything used like that.

For a sprinter I'd use Winny, hands down. Don't believe me, just ask Ben Johnson (or is it Johnston?) The other would be an.av.ar

I've used d.bol when distance training and found the bloat hurt me. It also caused shin splints.
 
tbol and winny is a fucking beasty combo

its Johnson....


yeah but the cramps from var have rendered it obsolete for distance/sprinters
