I've seen a number of threads on various boards about using d-bol pre-workout in a low dose as a boost.
I've never used d-bol before, is this actually any use? NOT for gains or as a cycle, but purely to increase workout intensity?
Would it be comparable e.g. to using ephedrine or loads of caffeine?
I'm a sprinter and am curious to use it just on leg training/squats/deads days, e.g. once per week. If so what would be a good dose, 10-15mg? and could I still get any sides from it u think like tits or hair thinning if I were to use it over 2-3 months, once per week?
