iwe been bodybuilding for 3years until 6months ago i started training powerlifting style....first the 5x5 and know for the past 3months iwe been doing the west side style and im freaking hooked and my results wow im loving the west side
Anyways i want to know how does a powerlifting diet look like?what do you guys eat?dieting down is not a problem! i mean lots of protein carbs fat???ore do most of you not even care?(not talking bout the heavys...LOL) Thank you in advance!!!!
