You are a good looking kid! Those are some BIG shoulders you got there! Also you waist tapers in really nicely. I would like to see the legs. I guess the only thing that I could add as far as constructive criticism is a little size in the chest would make you look more balanced with those big shoulders. You are a really cute guy!
haha, nah I stayed the info in the Weight training section is really good. I really like the heavy routines that BiggT and tweakle use. I can't make progress unless I go really heavy.
Anyway heres some updated pictures a front shot and a lat shot. I really don't know how to do a lat spread though. I think I leaned out some and I actually am 3 lbs heavier which is kinda nice which puts me at 213 lbs at 6 foot. I would kinda like to be heavier though.
