thanks for the replies. I'll try to post some other pics later. Anyone know any good exercises to really add mass to the chest? Ive been doing a lot of flat and incline bench work as well as dumbell flyes

Good base. Squats! Adds mass everywhere. Stick to the basic's bench, squats, rows etc. Train hard eat hard

I guess the only thing that I could add as far as constructive criticism is a little size in the chest would make you look more balanced with those big shoulders. You are a really cute guy!

thanks man, almost all my lifts are the compound lifts such as the ones that you listed

well, if my comments haven't scared him str8..away, then Heather's surely are OK for him to read! At least hers are PG rated. :chomp:

haha, nah I stayed the info in the Weight training section is really good. I really like the heavy routines that BiggT and tweakle use. I can't make progress unless I go really heavy.

Anyway heres some updated pictures a front shot and a lat shot. I really don't know how to do a lat spread though. I think I leaned out some and I actually am 3 lbs heavier which is kinda nice which puts me at 213 lbs at 6 foot. I would kinda like to be heavier though.

You have made some improvement. I can tell better definition in the shoulders, traps, and abs.
