PF ZIP and natural T3/TSH rhythm

I just purchased ZIP again to support my thryoid on my cut. Is there a better time of day to take it, or does it really matter? From what I've read TSH levels peak btw 2-4AM with T3 levels peaking some 90 mins later. And lowest levels are in the evening. Should I take ZIP with my ZMA to help increase the peak or should I take it througout the day to fill in the low spots?

Nelson? Anyone?

In the morning and afternoon. Also works as a little kick pre workout. ZMA has magnesium which is actually a relaxant, so it's best to take that separately.
 
Nelson....I'm currently taking zip also, I'm taking 1 cap X 3 ED. I noticed the first couple of days...I could feel the synephrine circulating, but now I've been on it for a little over 2 weeks...seems as if the effects have wore off. Is this normal? The directions say to load with 5 servings per day for the first 5 days...then to maintain at 3 per day for the remainder....would it make more sense to start at 3 per day and then up to 5 per day?
