I learned a few things about herpes over time......For the record i don't have it but knew someone who does...anyway..

if its herpes the bumps/pimples most likely will be in the exact spot where the disease was contracted..so in your case, being on the side of your cack...you should be ok....

You can't pop herpes.....they burn...and itch at the same time....breakout last for about a week....and you can't contract/spread them unless you or the other person has a breakout.

I had something similar once, and it freaked me out...i was young at the time so i know it wasn't herpes...i still was scared though..

if its like a dark red and looks like its filled with blood you shouold be okl...id go get it checked out though....better safe then sorry...
