That looks like a cerbacious cist to me. They are naturally occuring and are harmless but can swell up and be painful. They can also go smaller again by them selves. If the last time you got a spot was in the same place then chances are it definately is. It may feel hard and if you squeeze it hard enough it can pop, but will come back. Mess with it and it will usually go bigger. They can be removed but I had one on my bollocks and it went away by itself. Hope it never comes back as I used to get really paranoid about it.
