Old Sustanon Question: Need Info

A old friend of mine who stopped working out 4 years ago, came across 4 amps of expired sustanon he had left over. They are from organon UK.
He gave them to me for nothing because he had no more use for them. Everything looks ok except for 1 thing which threw me off.
it has all the tests listed with proper doses totalling 250 mg, except for on the bottom of the listing it says: equivilent to 176mg of testosterone, it also says the same thing on the amp.
Anyone know anything about this, it expired 11/28/99.

NOTE: IT DOES TURN CLOUDY IN THE FREEZER, I DID THE FREEZER TEST 6 TIMES AND WORKED EVERY TIME.

I do not know exactly this one, but I think I am able exlpain you what this 176 mg mean.

I think that 250 mg as a MIX of different esters leads after calculating NET weight of clean testosterone to this number, 176 mg.

This is very important thing: LONGER ESTER=LESS FREE TEST

Because of this same amount of enantate is not strong as same amount of for example propionate. Because in propionate YOU GET MORE FREE TEST.
