"Illlusiuon" of a smaller waist is something I'll try and hold on to, I don't tend on going crazy with the calories this winter like I did last year. I plan on going at it lean style, more of a SC approach.

No competetion plans for me, but thanks for asking!

I placed no special emphasis on my lower quads, regular squats and leg extentions are all I do as far as quads.

I gave out to much karma in the past 24 hours, so I'm told, but K will still be going around. Thanks.
 
Hey Slyder, you look really good bro. It seems as if my left side or your right in the picture if I am not mistaken is alittle smaller. To be more specific your arm/bi. But other then that you look awesome. Good Job.

I would love to show your pic to the DBol only, no PCT running, bloated bastards, who laugh at me being a lean 190lbs, while they are doing 1000lbs on the leg press.

for your traps you may want to shock them with some power cleans - just dead lift the weight and then heave it from the standing position to the clean position for 6-8 reps. pyramid this 3-5 sets. follow that with some shrugs - superset barbell, dumbell, and seated 3x. finish with delt work. i would give this workout priority by itself and be careful not to overtrain it
