YEAH RIGHT!!! Dude you suck I hate you! I envy you! You look like a greek god! Great job! WTF are you currently taking and what does your diet consist of? Cardio in there? Lets us in on your secrets. Share your knowledge!

Thank you very very much! I was on Prop/Winny in that pic, just a few weeks after coming off Tren (used with Prop/Winny) and I rotated ECA and Clen. I hit 45 min of cardio 4x a week, because it's all my schedule allows, otherwise I'd have thrown in one more day. Diet is pretty much low carb, on days I hit the weights I consumed some carbs prior to and after working out. It was a modified version of a diet plan SC layed out for me a while back. cardio was done on an empty stomach. I'll admit, i wasn't perfect, I did wander from diet from time to time, but got things back on track.
 
You think cardio really helped? Because I fucking hate cardio! I rather stay on a good diet, train hard, and take the right steroids and fat burners than do cardio. I just fucking hate it! I hate the fucking gym to be honest with you. I'm in the gym at 5am and at 6:15-6:30am I'm out! I'm not going to stay there not even a minute more to do cardio.
 
I split cardio and weights if I do them on the same day. Cardio first thing in the morning, and weights later that afternoon. I hate it some times myself, but as long as I have something good on tv to watch, it passes the time. cardio = lean IMO.

Thats a first...... I love the gym.If feel like i was born & raised there!
Maybe you need a new gym.

Nah! My gym is great! Bright, clean, good equipment, nice people. I don't know...I'm just getting a little tired of it. I haven't gone in 2 weeks. Maybe thats what I needed...some time off. But still!!! I hate cardio!
 
I'll take cardio over a tighter diet 8 days a week but then I was a competitive cyclist so it's fun to me.
