Wow....you are in the exact same place as me...well sort of!

The stuff with injuries and diet and huge doses...most of these guys here do not have a clue what it takes to compete at a national level. The sacrafice is horrible. I am moving back up to heavies because I do not want to eat 1700 cals a day for 6 weeks. I just went back on and I am already like 227# I would guess 6 something %. I am not sure I can train my legs to size anymore since the quad injury but I was 206# on stage at Jr Nationals this year in the Lt Hvys but shit everyone was 5 feet 5 inches and I am 5 feet 7.5! Its liek5-7# per inch you have to be weigh more to look the same as a shorter person. I am 38 in June so then two more years and I am doing masters nationals as well. I hope you come back. Your contest photos looked great. I bet you would be suprised the muscle you put on and the muscle maturity you have developed. 250-255# on stage...I would not want to stand next to you and I am no slouch!
