Damn-I tried forgetting about it myself. Thanks for asking though. Injuries are my biggest fear. I tore my pec July 1st doing flat bench and just recently started doing incline again after rehabing it myself the past few months. I never thought the day would come that I'd be be excited to do 225 for 10 reps on incline bench, but I did it the other day with minimal pain and I was pretty stoked.(After I tore my pec I wasn't capable of doing a pushup) I'll never be the 500+ bench presser I was- and I can live with that. I have some minor cosmetic issues with my injured pec-it looks slightly different. But that's nothing I can't live with either.

I know you are on a premium cycle but lay off the saltines. There is still a large amount of salt in them which leads to bloat. I would try something with a little less sodium such as a water cracker to get the lean mass you are looking for.
