Honestly bro - it's each to his own...
I have rarely done PCT in any correct kind of manner and have managed to keep most of what I have gained...
My mistakes in losing some of it have been too much cardio and lifting too much after ending my cycle but PCT can make life a little easier.
At the end of the day your body will come back to it's natural hormonal state quickly but things can be used to speed it up.
It is the time you need to be right with training, diet and rest as you don't have anything creating that major anabolic state
