• Let the diet slip hard last night. First crashout binge and ended up in about a 1k surplus. Not upset because the body honestly needed it, I haven’t given myself any true cheat meals or regress due to the weddings and I considered the alcohol my cheat meal. Put it to use this morning with some fasted cardio and a brutal arm day (thanks for the extra torture Koba)

Training notes:
• Most intense leg day of the year yesterday, back and hips felt great so time to grow the tree trunks again
• Injected 600mg of L-Carnatine pre workout today as the first time trying L-Carnatine. I’ve had it sitting on my dresser for probably 3 months and finally decided to give it a try. Is it worth the added injection? Have a similar debate with Glutathione as I have only used it a few times

• Test Cypionate: 350mg/week (100mg every other day)

Updates:
• Hit the final boss of arm supersets as recommended by
@koba . I’d by lying if I said I hit all 3 sets of the wrist curls, I tapped out on those after the first set and just turned it into the dual superset because my forearms were already torched since I haven’t hit forearm focused exercises in a couple years honestly. But my arms felt like balloons at the end of my workout, the added carbs from last night’s mini binge helped fuel all the volume

• Finally a weekend home. Looking forward to getting a weekend that isn’t ruined by poor sleep and late nights. I live at the beach so a good pump and a beach day is a hard Saturday to beat
