No pct????

When I did my first cycle, I didnt have a PCT. ( Didnt really understand that I needed it.) I didnt end up with any gyno or anything but I lost all the gains from it. So as the adage goes " If had known then what I know now" would have done it.

I can see what you mean. I hate doing the oral cycles and lose 50% of what I had gained.
So now I use omnas or sust to keep a bit! I found out that 3.5k isn't enough. i may have to increase that to 5k a day!

By no means dose what you keep after pct have to do with whether your cycle was oral or inject. Please some one fucking test me on this with facts. Not going to happen. The gains you keep have nothing to do with how you got them... Prove me wrong peeps any time you feel the need. Keeping gains is about your pct. Diet training and products used. How you got them and how fast you got them has a pit to do with it and of course it has a baring on the type of pct you need, but saying because you got gains from x cycle so you can not keep them is dumb.
 
just curious i hear some ppl say u dont have to run a pct after a ccycle....what can happen if you dont when u run lets say test cyp and deca????

Everyones opinion is valued

Proper PCT Helps you retain those gains! Why even take gear if you're not gonna take PCT!

In my experiences off my 1st cycle of deca 1cc at 10 weeks and not doing PCT was horrible! At the time i really dident understand the severity of PCT ir even knew why i felt how i did. Lets just say i lost most of my gains thru about 4 months bec/ i felt tired all the time=lame ass workouts and cofee 24/7. Shitty appetite. And my my libido was not there to top, and i just thought i was manicly depressed. Ill research more and more about PCT as well as practice it bec/ it is how your body revives it necesary homiostasis.

when i first started using i was very uneducated. i was in college and knew nothing about PCT. back than..i didnt keep many gains...now im all over this site..im very educated and know alot about PCT thanx to needto and everyone else. with all that said..i keep a majority of my gains...so money = well spent!
