Former fat kid here, and have worked my ass off (quite literally in fact) for almost two years. It started with the dieting, and for about 15-16 months, I have been seriously lifting. Started with a nice beginners split, and then moved into a solid 4 day/wk split. I train hard, I push weights, and my diet is pretty tight (not trying to go back), but I am looking for the next level. The weights are still getting heavier, slowly but surely, and no, I'm not looking to run a cycle of gear just yet, but I have been utterly intrigued by this RS-Transaderm.
My question is, honestly, should I keep eating healthy and lifting f'in hard like I do, or is Transaderm, as a stand-alone a good option for me?
Stats:
5' 11"
197lbs (was 250 in March 2011)
23% bf
Supps:
ON Whey Isolate
BCAA'S
Creatine mono
BSN Syntha 6 for between meals and sleepy time.
Thank you to all.
