How will this compare to Omega's old G-covery?

There is added BCAA's and glutamine. 35 grams of (a complete amino profile) protein in the form of whey with added amino acids in the forms of glutamine and BCAA's.

Muscle replnisher lacks the Super Plasma Protein. It keeps the price reasonable and still nearly as effective.
Super plasma is super expensive, but it is top-of-the-line stuff. even adding 5 grams per serving of SPP, the price would increase like 3 dollars per pound, and make the Muscle Replenisher costs $20 more per container to make the same margins.
Other than that, I doubt you could distinguish anything in terms of results if you remove the SPP factor.
So is it more like a protein shake? Or is it more like a carb drink? Meaning.....once mixed? Is it "recomended" to be mixed with water milk or either?
