i`ve been dieting for my show and it`s in 3 weeks but water retention is a problem right now.I`m using the gear but not that much of it and still retaining like crazy.Maybe my diet is wrong at this point i`m doing 3 day`s low carbs and 1 day carb up .Not to much sodium and the rest is find but that water man.WATH TO DO TO GET RIT OF IT?Please somebody help me
