I have no idea what made me think of this but...

Add some Cottage Cheese to your canned tuna fish and sprinkle almonds on top. I found that it gets rid of the dryness of the tuna and its the perfect alternative to mayo.

Ive been using cottage cheese instead of mayo lately. It is really good.
