I enjoy it when other people post pictures, so I do the same, I like getting to know people and opening myself up to others. I know many people use that as an opportunity to poke fun, and I take it in stride, I'm not trying to change people (except when it comes to religion, and only then I'm just trying to make people think)

i stop turning it because it hurts i can force it into full mobility. I dont think its anything serious, hoping not at least, I immediately thought of killahbee fucking his back up during a warm up set of squats and hoped I didn't tweak something seriously in my neck.

he's a shoe salesman at Nordstrom but makes a LOT doing it, finishing his degree and will go into pharmaceutical sales.

It sounds like it is just super stiff still bro. Moving it around will help break it up and get blood flow in there. Just try moving it every day (full of range of motion - even if it hurts - especially in the directions that it hurts)

ROM will return faster if you keep it moving.
