Here are my current pictures. I am 6'1 198. Last summer i was 214 when I did a small deca cycle but afterwards I had 7 months break from training and I lost most of my gains. I started training again 2 months ago( no gear for now).

Any guesses on bf%?

Now I am depressed 'coz I am small.

No you dont look that bad, but with some hard training and a good bulking diet im sure you will do great.
