My PCT- also ostarine too high dosage?

Started PCT today

First thanks to everyone who helped, as I'm in the UK i was unable to get some of the ntbm products.

Clomid 150mg first 4days then 100mg next 3days and finish 100/50/50/50/50
Toremifene 120/90/90/60/30/30
HCGenerate
Armidex 1mg E3D (as I'm running osta and had gyno on cycle)
Ostarine 25/25/25/25/25/25/25/25/25/25/25/25

Osta will run 12 weeks total as a bridge. Is the dosage too high? And suppress me quickly? Should I knock it down to say 20mg or even 17.5?

Overall what does this look like after coming off 16 week sust and Deca cycle?

your running clomid too high... there is no need to run it over 50 mg... there is no need to run torem over 90 mg... your two serms are fine but running them that high will only cause you problems...

your osta dose is fine but you can run it a bit lower during pct if you want but once pct is complete and your run it in your bridge, keep it at 25 mg...

Dylan pretty much summed it up. Lower your SERM doses and 25mg of Ostarine is the sweet spot, though some will run it a tad lower in PCT to lower its possible effect on suppression.

ill run my ostarine at 15mg in pct and then bump into 8 weeks at 25mg a day afterwards bro
