EF log update: Sunday - rest day

Elite Fit Fam - hope all my brothers are having killers weekends

End of a productive week with my second rest day of my training week today, the rest of my week is quite chaotic and busy so always a blessing to have a relaxed Sunday

Base line food and carbs are reduce on rest days but are really still quite high now that it keeps me well fed

Steps still sit at 10k on these days

Bunch of meal prep on the agenda and that’s about it
