Wednesday - LEG-A session, first leg sesh of the week, quad focused.

Only work sets listed. All sets taken to a 1RIR today. Simple on paper, but with a major focus on execution.

Load is quite low post injury, as with the rest of the body. But slowly progressing.

Still in a caloric defect, so juts doing what I can to hold muscle until push phase shortly.
