@Yuri1 this is a good overall leg training session. I like how you hit the abductors and you also hit your curls. A lot of people neglect their hamstrings and they wonder why they have such a huge imbalance

Even when not flexing your calf it looks outstanding. that's a good indicator that you have some legitimate growth to your muscle. Obviously this training is paying off for you and I like how you mix it up between high volume and high intensity. @Yuri
