My head kills

Today I started my clen. (spiro)
and my head kills.....I took one at 10am, and about an hour later my head started to hurt...I thought that it could have been from lack of water so I drank more and more...I finished two of the large bottles of polland springs...
then at about 21:30 I was feeling better and decided to take one more...well that all she wrote....I feel like shit!!!
my head feels like it wants to explode...WTF.....

I was going to do 2 today and 3 the next and so on...but I think I might chuck these things.....

I know all about the sides....it just sux that this might not be for me...ya know!!!!

I need to loose 10 lbs and my diet is -ok-...this blows...man...
I really wanted the clen to have the same effect on me as it had on many other bro's.....but it looks like this is not the road for this bro to take...

any other suggestions???
I am lean all over, except my tummy....looks like I have a bear belly.. could this have been from doing a cycle a while ago and not being able to train???

I drink about 1 1/2gl of h2o every day....and I eat really clean....
