Hey, just wondering where you all stand on consuming skim milk and bread in your diets. Obviously you don't touch the shit pre-contest, but what about in offseason?
I like to drink anything up to 1litre of skim a day in offseason because its great for making tasty protein shakes with bananas and eggs and other stuff. As for bread i find it easy and quick for breakfast with some peanut butter.
I don't deprive myself of essential vitamins and minerals in the offseason because enough damage is done to your body by dieting and injecting everyday leading into a comp. Thats not to say i eat shit, but i like to include food that i enjoy eating and is tasty such as milk and bread.
Just out of curiosity.
