Loving my BD var!

Seems like my gains have leveled off in the last week or so...althoug I still made gains in the gym today. If I had the extra gear i would have run another 2 weeks for the hell of it...but this shit isn't cheap :D Also remember that building mass wasn't my only goal in the last 6 weeks. I only lifted 2x each week and focused on chest, back and shoulders...no squats (or any legs) or deads. All my leg work came from runs 5-12 miles) and rides 15-30 miles. If I were going 100% for mass and strength i probably could have put on 15-18lbs without changing the cycle.
 
excellent work bro! i also have amazing results on var....and 30 mg's a day is pleanty imo...at 25 for me i kept 20 + lbs after my first cycle ever (var only) that guy who wants to do 200 mg's a day shouldnt even mess with var then imo......everyone gets different results from different gear.
 
I am on 40mgs/ day now and really not impressed at all. This is the first, and probably last time I will ever use var. I have been on for about 5 weeks (didnt workout for 1.5 weeks becuase of the hurricane) and I am only up about 4-5 pounds, and my strength is up slightly, but nothing too impressive. I look about the same, slightly better pumps when i workout. Absolutely no increased recovery....
 
hey keep updates,i am a moutain/road bike racer looking for some advise.sounds like your on track for me,what do you think for a cycle just anavar?

What kind of var guv? I assume you are keeping protein high and maybe using some creatine as well? Damn I hope thats not the kinda result I see if I am going to wreck my lipid profile.

yes, 10 grams of creatine a day, along with a minimum of 300 grams of protein a day.
 
Do you normally respond wellto creatine? I never got anything off creatine alone when I tried it in the past. I decided to go with V12 and took 2 doses per day with an extra 5g of regular creatine mono for kicks. I can't say what really was responsible for my gains...all I know is that the combination of var and creatine I used gave me ~14lbs in 6 weeks without eating my face off or lifting more then 2x per week.

nope, creatine really never did shit for me on its own...
 
I see you're already 5 weeks in. If you had 2-3 weeks left I'd suggest picking up a tub of V12 immediately and taking 2-3 doses per day for the rest of your cycle. Might not do anything but it's worth a try.
