Loving my BD var!

Ran a 1/2 marathon yesterday...1:41'42"...so it's tough to put today into perspective. Up to 185lbs but I ate everything in sight yesterday after the race including pizza, burgers, beers, chips, and Oreos. Hit the gym to get some upper body work but my shoulders and back were sore from the run so everything felt shitty in general...worked back, chest, and abs...and did some specific bi/tri work for the first time in months, just cause they were about the only muscles not sore from the race :D Planning to hit the gym for a good lift on Friday after my body recovers from the punishment.

I didn't like BD var. Used 50mg/day and didn't see shit in terms of strength or recovery.
I'll probably get raw var powder and do 200mg/day considering the shit is probably cut worse than cheap coke.
 
Can't imagine that. I'm only on 30mg/day and am up over 10lbs in 4 weeks with quick recovery from tough workouts. Did you take lots of creatine with it? Ever done any other var before?

that could simply be the creatine, not the var.
 
Liquid- Yes, only BD 30mg var (the older 5mg tabs) each day along with 2 servings of V12 Turbo...one in the morning and one during my workout. I also take most doses with 1/2 a grapefruit for what it's worth...can't hurt.

Chaos- I've tried creatine several times for about 4 weeks each time (regular micronized twice and Swole V2 once) and got nothing off of them...no strength and no weight gain...so I'm under the impression that if anything it's the synergistic effect of the creatine with the var. I can't believe it's the creatine alone based on my past experience. I should also note that this is only my 2nd cycle ever. First was about 16 months ago...sust and tren with a little winny at the end. never done any orals.
 
Update 9/15 - It's my BIRTHDAY!

Well, I've got 5 days left on my cycle and overall I'd say I got what I expected. Hit the gym last night and weighed in at 186lbs so I'm up ~12 for the cycle (~2lbs per week is what I was hoping for). Good lift last night although I haven't noticed a significant increase in strength since week 2. I'm getting ready for PCT...got 150 tabs of nolva in last week and ordered Unleashed and Post-Cycle over the weekend. I'll probably cycle some clen along with the PCT...I've noticed a slight increase in waist size the last week or so. I was probably 9-10% BF when I started and maybe added another 1-2% in the last 6 weeks. I've had a difficult time getting rid of the fat I have covering my abs...but I haven't really given the effort 100% either.
 
End of cycle 9/20

Well, I took my last 10mg dose this morning and start PCT tomorrow. Just got my Unleashed and Post-Cycle in the mail today and have plenty of nolva. Another very good workout in the gym today. Added several reps to my bench. I weighed in at 185 but I raced a triathlon yesterday and really didn't eat nearly my normal daily intake so I'm probably down 1-2lbs as a result. I'll be back in the gym Wed and axpect to be about 186-187lbs. So it looks like about 12lbs gain over the 6 weeks. Now we just need to see how much I can keep. I'll definitely do a var only cycle again next spring/summer...probably bump to 35-40mg. I'll report back each week or so through my PCT with any strength/mass loss.
