Approved Log Off season prep for 2026 IFBB Journal

Hey everyone!!

Looking forward to posting in this space and also connecting with you guys along my journey.

About Me

30 year old male Recently left my job of 11 years to pursue online coaching full time and also working with @Driven_nutrition helping ship out orders.
Been lucky enough to have partnered with @Raptor Labs and @Raptor Rep to provide and sponsor me with what I need for my cycles thank you boys.
I love the gym and helping people that's why I started coaching. very basic when it comes to things I like to do, basically I eat train watch tv and sleep.


Training/competing

I've been training 14 years roughly only seriously 8 of those and been taking peds roughly 4 years now.
I've competed in 4 natural shows and 1 enhanced. competed naturally at 80kg and most recent enhanced show was 90kg so a decent jump,
super motivated at the moment and feel like the progress from now till next September should be pretty special.

250mg testosterone E
300mg Masteron E
100mg DHB


Non AAS

HGH 5iu
rapid (insulin) 5iu



Current nutrition

4300kcal
Protein 260
carbs 580
fats 103


rough estimate I'm sure this number will grow the further we get into things.

TUES: chest/tri
WED: rest
THURS: back/bi
FRI: shoulders/hamstrings
SAT: arms
SUN: rest

Training has been great feeling super strong weights have been climbing weekly so far.

@freakfit You have easily the best physique I've seen all day. It will be really fun to follow you on this. I'm sure you have a lot of knowledge and information to share with others. So they can also achieve what you have achieved.

Chest has always been a hard body part for me to get strong because I've had shoulder issues but since taking
BPC 157

it is helping a lot just got to be mindful of it.
