Is it all right to load up 2 days before a show like this: 1.-Lots of carbohidrates(simple and complex) spaced
2.-Lots of protein
3.-One Sostenon or propionate
4.-Insulin first thing in the morning
5.- A mix of creatine and glutamine
am I right on this?
