How many grams of protein you eatin per day as it seems that youre on a MAJORITY protein diet---just curious. Thanks

no cheat days.....a cheat meal is one thing, but no cheat days.

You can't let your mind play tricks on you, sometimes you start convincing yourself thats it's ok to eat bad because your body needs it......I don't buy it.

A cheat meal to me is eating more calories of a healthy meal.

To each there own, but all cheat meals do for me is make me crave more food that I don't need and it makes me want another cheat meal. Once you get a taste of something bad, you can't get enough.
