i would just drink more milk post workout i may throw in one scoop or a half of scoop of whey protien. gettin a gallon of milk throughout the day will give you a constant supply of slow digesting protien and complex carbs. drinking all this liquid will make you less hungry too. the more hydrated you are the less hungrier you are. but still drink the straight water too. and keep the fiber up. i may even dump a little bit of equal into the gallon of milk for an even sweeter taste
