KARMA THREAD>>>>The Jury is getting ready to give Casey Anthony justice FINALLY?

Because there was no proof she committed aggravated child abuse. Even if the prosecution proved Caylee had been chloroformed, they didn't prove Casey did the chloroforming.

That is correct and when the judge gave the jury instructions he was clear as to there must be proof beyond a shadow of doubt to her guilt and they could not do that.

Was there not chloroform in her trunk? Did they not prove that Cindy perjured herself and did not do the internet searches for chloroform? Those searches came from their home computer and not because of the reason Cindy gave in her testimony.

Reasonable doubt doesn't mean jurors need to be 100% certain of their decision...just sayin.

....
There can still be a doubt, but only to the extent that it would not affect a reasonable person's belief regarding whether or not the defendant is guilty. "The shadow of a doubt" is sometimes used interchangeably with reasonable doubt, but this extends beyond the latter, to the extent that it may be considered an impossible standard. Reasonable doubt is therefore used.
