Is 100mg oxandrolone okay to run solo for strength while cutting hard?

I have not tried either? explain please how this could help???

Eating 500 cal under your daily maintenace amount will help you lose weight.

If I remember correctly you multiply your weight by 15 to get a rough idea.

So in your case it will be 3975cals so take 500 away 3475 cals a day will help you lose weight.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

CK is a pro though - he can handle outrageous dosages, doesn't mean someone not at his level could do the same.

What do you feel at that dose?

insane vascularity and strength hardness while staying the same weight I'm running sucha high dose because I'm doing only 5 weeks of var versus the recomended 8 and I just have that much lololol I'm only running 250 for the last 2 weeks I am very dry and lean and strong so I know once I come off a few lbs water will come back

with the shitty labs out there and the way shit is underdosed 100mg a day of var is like running 30mg a day. its getting worse and worse in my experience.

I agree with Steve...need to get off the mindset that your solution is in a pill first of all, secondly research IF and give that a try for 4 weeks with your -500 calorie deficit, and train your ass off in the gym bro, along with fasted cardio and weight training (yeah strength may suffer a bit for a while) because it sounds like your main goal is to drop your bodyfat by 1/2? You need to prioritize what you want as far as your goals...the things that will help first won't cost you any health issues or extra money on supplements, just food and hard work bro...just my two cents.
