Input on Creatine serums

Was looking into Creatine Serum's and/or Shakes.

I notice a lot of people drink the shakes. I am currently taking TwinLab Creatine Fuel pills, but not seeing results. I dont think it is absorbing well.

I saw creatine serum and it said it is absorbed instantly so no pre-loading and it only needs to be taken directly before workouts. Anyone have any suggestions? Is it better? How does it taste?

Is it worth it?

it tastes great but will yield no results...

better off mixing cool-aid in water and taking it preworkout ;)

take the powder... its great.. do a search for dosing and cycling

I took a liquid creatine one time. It was sublingual so you just had to squirt a dropper under my tongue. It tasted like candy. No loading phase. I never felt like it was doing anything.

If you're going to take creatine, which I believe works if taken correctly, get regular creatine monohydrate and drink it with grape or apple juice. Don't waste your money on the fancy stuff.

Im glad I got input before buying it.

Can I expect any results from the powders, or should I just stick with my diet for now and forget the creatine?

Any suggestions there?

Research has shown that creatine has an incredibly hard time staying viable while suspended in a liquid for any length of time. Just by the powder bro.

Gymtime,

age 25
Height 6'3"
Weight 163.4
BF measured 13% this morning

Im trying to bulk up right now. Eating everything I can. Starting a diet soon that has 3200 calories, and 239g of protien. Might adjust it a little to get more of each depending on weight gains.

Very new to this, started about a month ago with a gym membership and a lot of research on the web. I have noticed changes already just in my quads. Nothing else is noticeable visually yet.

Got any suggestions or ideas, im all ears.
