In light of the supreme courts recent prop. rights decision..?

I have a question for all of you about this..


Say some old guys farm was being seized to build a resort or pharmeceutical company .. a farm in his family for generations possibly hundreds of years

and yuo were a law enforcement or military official assigned to force him out.

What would you do? and what if he resisted.. possibly took up arms?


(Hopefully most of you are aware of this recent legislation recently allowing the government to sezie property even to sell it to a PRIVATE party if it generates more revenue.. simply put of course.. but you get the idea)

This will be back in front of the Supreme Court soon.

Most law enforcement guys are fairly dim witted and not braod thinkers hwo depend on the paycheck for their livelihood, so they would more or less do what they are told.

It is inconceivable for me to force anyone from their own property.

What concerns me is when law enforcement officials will enforce this on a whole community, and the whole community meets them with force.
