I'm may start delt shots, I gotta get more 5/8" pins, only got 1" and 1.5". P.S. I'm gonna be adding some updated photos next week as I promised bro, thanks again.

Why not just use the 1" for the delts?

quads are my favorite as well. easier to do than all the other ones. do your delts but make sure its no more than 2CCs at first. i like hitting my calves too because its easy to do. they are painful though but you might want to try them out
