I'm really starting to hate injections

its a small price to pay for improving you physique. Sometimes it can be fun, sometimes it sucks...just try to keep a positive outlook.
 
i hate injecting......eod gets to be a big pain especially when using other shit cause then it's sometimes 2-3 times in one day. more annoying than anything. quads,tris,delts,glutes,and calves is where i go......favorite is quads
 
Well guys I got 4 weeks of gear left and I'm not gonna let it go to waste so I'm gonna get back on the horse.

Next cycle should be easier anyway. Test Enathate 1 shot p/w, and some Var like Welsh is doing. I just keep telling myself its for the better to get bigger.

I went through the same thing. But the more I did it, the more I loved doing it. I was actually looking forward to ED injections of fina. Just be persistent bro, you'll get through it and start loving it in no time.
 
I actually just laid face down on my bed and shut the glutes, it was a bit easier.

-Ingram I'm may start delt shots, I gotta get more 5/8" pins, only got 1" and 1.5". P.S. I'm gonna be adding some updated photos next week as I promised bro, thanks again.

-Satch I think I found out what I was doing wrong on quad shots, I went to spot injects and the pic shows the guy shootin closer to the outside then I was doing. Maybe that will make a difference.
 
if you wanna shoot your right quad do the following:

1) make an 'L' shape with your left hand's thumb and index finger.
2) place tip of index finger on the edge of the right leg's kneecap bone (the edge that attaches to your quads(
3) extend your thumb as far left as possible while keeping an 'L' shape.
4) where the edge of the thumb is where you wanna shoot.

fell the spot to make sure you're in the deepest part of the muscle.
 
Are you sure you are injecting in the correct spot on your quads,

the outer later quad is not that vascular and a huge muscle, and the glutes you can do very easily if you streach and watch your injections in a full length mirror.
 
Glutes man

I hate quads - they always hurt two days after. Glutes work great. But when you have to rotate, I do glutes and quads.
Quads are sooooo easy - but ouch the next few days.
