If you don´t wanna get injured, read this...

When finishing a cycle remember to slowly lower the intensity of your workouts. You won´t have the gear helping you muscles and articulations and you don´t wanna get injured.
It hapened to me....I lost 5 months of training due to a stupid injury.
Some people say that you have to workout even harder when finishing a cycle to keep gains.....that´s bullshit, you can´t workout as hard with gear as without it.
I hope this prevents somebodys to make my same mistake.

I agree I can't remember how many tendons I have strainned and been laid up. Pulled muslce!!!!!

also You'll have mail tomm.!!
thanks

let me know how the fina conversion goes.

That's a very good tip.

But I will say I when I clicked on this post, I was expecting to see a pic of your girlfriend with you saying 'If you don't wanna get injured, don't hit on this chick...she's mine dammit!' :)

I have heard that before, no one has ever presented me with a case in point though except you. I'll consider it. Thanks.

I gotta bump this. The last day of my 2nd cycle I got my 2nd herinia. I thought I could just bump the training up to keep the size and strength.
It's taken me 5 months to get it fixed and gain back what I lost.

Thats good info man but that just sucks..... I was kinda looking forward to see how much strength and size I could keep by continuing to do as much weight as I could. So I should just gradually work my way down after my cycle?

Just hear your body, if you can still lift the same pundages with perfect form, there is no need to lower the weights. Most of the time you CAN´T lift the same pundeges, but you still try cheating....this will eventualy cause an injury.
And I would advice you to lower the volume and frecuency of training.

if you lift properly on or off AS, you shouldn't have that problem.

using "perfect" form can humble many people if ya know what I mean...

e.i. if while on AS--- lets say you can do 225 on the bench press for 15reps with again "perfect" form. then while you're off AS you might be able to do 10 reps with "perfect" form. now, why try to do an extra 5reps using the rest of your body and get injured.

I'm not saying that someone can't get injured even when utilizing perfect form. I've pulled my back, hurt my shoulder etc... and with light weight. however, I've never been out the gym for more than a few weeks. I'm sure if I had kept throwing and bouncing the weights like I used to when I started lifting I don't think I would still be lifting. Also, keep in mind that the weight I was using then was much lighter than the weight I work with now...

just my .02 cents
